Cirque Fantastique
This theme was on our minds for a long while after attending a performance of Cirque de Soleil.
We were deeply inspired by the costumes, the staging, and the talent of the performers.
When a client approached us and asked us to suggest a theme for their annual banquet ball, Cirque Fantastique was born.
This was a tremendously fulfilling theme for all of our artists; every one of us enjoyed the work involved.
Our backdrops were draped materials: brocades, silks, and chiffons, these hung from ceiling to floor.
In front of the drapery,70 life-size cutouts of performers ran around the walls of the venue.
Suspended from the ceiling, were trapeze artists soaring through the air.
With the addition of over 30 painted canvases depicting circus performers of all kinds, our theme came to life.
Details such as hoops symbolizing a circus ring were used as centerpieces.
Cirque Fantastique was a huge success, and over $1 million was raised on the evening.
